was created in May of 1998 by Randall and Debra Kaufmann. They had a dream to create a business devoted to building one of a kind Custom Homes. Working from new plans and original ideas the dreams have steadily become a reality.

Randall L. Kaufmann has been involved in building Custom Homes since the age of twelve. Carrying on his father's profession he started a union construction job in 1974. Four years at Fresno State College earned him a BS degree in construction management in 1982, giving you over 38 years of experience driven by passion and commitment for the craft.
